Theresa is the Assistant Director of Communications at the Center. She works to shape and implement communication strategies, manage outreach efforts, and foster engagement with the Center’s stakeholders. Theresa previously worked on the marketing and communications teams at Leadership for Educational Equity and Teach For America. She also has past experience working as an educator and for the New York City Dept. of Education on special education policy and implementation. She earned her B.A. in English and psychology from the University of Michigan and M.A. in secondary education from Johns Hopkins University.
