2020 Pediatric Brain Health Summit

As a keynote speaker at the 2020 Pediatric Brain Health Summit, Center Director Jack P. Shonkoff, M.D. presents on “Leveraging the Science of Adversity and Resilience to Generate Greater Impacts on ‘Whole Child’ Development.”

The purpose of the 2020 Pediatric Brain Health Summit was to focus on building stronger connections between pediatric providers and community-based organizations that provide support and services for families. The Summit is part of the Texas Pediatric Brain Health Initiative, a multi-sector, multi-agency collaboration focused on the prenatal to three-year-old developmental window.
