Tassy Warren

Tassy Warren is Deputy Director and Chief Strategy Officer at the Center on the Developing Child. She is responsible for leading the Center’s strategy development and ongoing refinement as well as working in collaboration with Center staff to implement our strategies effectively. She has been at the Center since 2007. Before joining the Senior Leadership Team, Tassy was the project director of the Frontiers of Innovation initiative, which was created to generate new strategies that achieve substantially greater impacts on the lives of young children whose needs are not being fully met by existing investments through stimulating creativity, supporting experimentation, encouraging risk-taking, and learning from failure. Before joining the Center, she worked at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, for the City of New York, and on the 2004 presidential campaign. Tassy received her B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia and her Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
