Susan Crowley, MPA

Susan Crowley is a Senior Project Manager on the Partnerships and Engagements Team. In collaboration with this team, Susan designs and delivers offerings for key audiences in the early childhood field. The offerings are intended to support policy and program adaptations that are informed by the science of early childhood development and the voices of people with lived experience. Susan’s work is inspired by a vision of equitable environments that support the healthy development of all children in the early years.

Before coming to the Center on the Developing Child, Susan’s wide-ranging career path spanned acute care nursing, managing services for children and families in various community settings, and supporting academic research that informed family policy. This rich and varied background means Susan is well-positioned to support policy and program development that is feasible, effective, and relevant.
