Licong Liu

Licong (Li) Liu is the Director of Finance and Operations and has been with the Center on the Developing Child since January 2013. Li oversees the Center’s financial planning, policies, and operations, managing everything from budgets and contracts to office space configuration. Having spent his entire career in the nonprofit world, Li is driven by the Center’s mission to support children and families. He enjoys the Center’s dynamic work environment and is inspired by the people around him who share the same passion for making a positive impact.

Li holds a BS in economics and psychology from the University of Toronto.
