Charles H.F. Davis III, PhD, is a Senior Fellow at the Center on the Developing Child and a faculty member in the Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education at the University of Michigan, where his research and teaching broadly focus on issues of equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging in higher education organizations. Dr. Davis is also the founder and director of the Racial Equity Data Institute.
