Baolier Huang, MA, MS
Baolier joined the Center in May 2024 as a Project Coordinator. She supports initiatives on the Partnerships and Engagement Team and the Early Childhood Scientific Council on Equity and the Environment. She is also a member of the Learning Design Team, focusing on developing design frameworks and refining process development work. Driven by a passion for equity in early childhood development and human-centered design principles, Baolier is excited to contribute to innovative learning solutions that advance the Center’s mission.
Before joining the Center, Baolier worked as an associate researcher on a multilingual database project at Teachers College, Columbia University, where she collaboratively created a multilingual educational research database. She then worked as an early childhood educator for three years. Baolier holds an MA in international educational development from Teachers College and an MS in learning technologies and instructional design from Harrisburg University.
