Throughout the year, the Center offers work for highly motivated students in its offices at 50 Church Street and in the labs of our affiliated faculty across the campus. Opportunities range from providing administrative support and assisting staff with general office work and events to work on projects, such as coding and analyzing data, conducting research and literature reviews, and note-taking and producing report summaries of meetings.
As opportunities become available, we will share them on this page. Sign up to receive information on employment and internship opportunities.
In this unpaid internship, two doctoral interns will receive training on the IDEAS Impact Framework, the Frontiers of Innovation (FOI) approach to program development and evaluation, with the goal of providing support during future workshops on the framework. The interns will be expected to attend weekly team meetings (Wednesdays 2-3 p.m.) and will shadow a member of the IDEAS Framework team in providing technical assistance to an FOI Portfolio project.
The interns will also attend facilitator trainings for the IDEAS Impact Framework’s hands-on workshops (two 3-hour trainings, one in the fall and one in the spring), shadow an experienced facilitator during the Fall IDEAS workshop (November 28-30, 2018), and then act as a facilitator during the Spring IDEAS workshop (date TBD). Interns may also support other related projects depending on work load and availability.
