W. Thomas Boyce, M.D., a member of the National Scientific Council on the Developing Child, spoke at the Harvard School of Public Health on April 13, 2011, from 3:30-5:30 p.m. as part of the Center's Distinguished Scholars Lecture Series. His lecture discussed why social class differences in early childhood adversity are among the most important and least understood determinants of human health and development.
